Withdrawal from the contract
Consumer's right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of:
when you or a third party (other than the carrier) appointed by you takes delivery of the goods, or
in the case of an order for more than one item delivered separately, when you or a third party appointed by you take delivery of the last item; or
in the case of delivery of the goods by instalments or parts, when you or a third party appointed by you take delivery of the last delivery or part.
Exercise of the right of withdrawal
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (letter, e-mail) to the following address:

For this purpose you can also use the enclosed below copyable sample withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
In order to meet the deadline, it is sufficient if you send the withdrawal notice before the deadline expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will return to you without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive the notice of withdrawal, all payments we have received from you, including the cost of delivery (excluding any additional costs for any delivery other than the cheapest method of delivery offered by us).
We will make the refund using the same method of payment you used when you placed the order, unless we agree otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any additional costs. We may delay payment until we receive the returned goods or until you prove that you have sent them, whichever is sooner.
You must send the goods back to us or hand them over without undue delay, but no later than 14 days after notification of cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14 days have elapsed.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
You shall only be liable for any diminution in the value of the goods due to handling other than that necessary to test the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in particular for contracts:
for the delivery of goods that have been customised according to your wishes or for your person,
the supply of goods which are perishable or have a short shelf life,
the supply of goods which have been inextricably mixed with other goods after delivery,
the delivery of audio/video recordings or computer programs if their original packaging has been damaged.
