How do I make a complaint?

we always try to prevent any complaints as much as possible. We carefully check our products and strive to not have any complaints. In fact, we are very sorry for any complication that may cause you to lose time. Nevertheless, if there is a problem, please follow the instructions. 

WE WILL RESOLVE YOUR COMPLAINT WITHIN 5 DAYS AT THE LATEST. 

Because we are specialists in Christmas lighting and we realise how important it is to have functional products especially during the Christmas period, we want to deal with your complaint IMMEDIATELY. In order to manage everything logistically, we have given ourselves a maximum of 5 working days. We are able to process your claim within this time period from the time you report a fault or receive your legitimate claim. 

1) Return or exchange of products

When you make a purchase on www.decoLED.cz, you are entitled to return the products within 14 days from the date of purchase. The condition is that the product is unused, undamaged and in original packaging.

2) Changing or cancelling an order

3) Christmas Lighting Complaints

DecoLED Christmas lighting passes inspections and meets the most demanding conditions. We ask you to test the product carefully before you want to make a complaint. 4) Products that you cannot return or exchange

These are products that are custom made to your exact specifications. For example, your company's illuminated logo or similar orders.
