Digitalization of processes in DECOLED s.r.o.
As part of the project Digitization of processes in DECOLED s.r.o., co-financed by the Operational Programme Technology and Applications for Competitiveness (OP TAK), we have successfully implemented a modern ERP system Odoo. The new system brought complete digitalization and automation of our warehouse processes, orders and purchase orders. Thanks to this, we have all company processes effectively connected and under control, which allows us to manage production, logistics and customer service faster and more accurately.
Our e-shop is now fully connected to the Odoo ERP, which means greater reliability in order processing, up-to-date stock visibility and an overall better customer experience when shopping online.
Project description and objective
The project aims to increase the digital level of the enterprise through the purchase and implementation of advanced non-production digital technologies. The aim is to significantly shift the digitalisation of the company - automation, digitisation of data and more efficient interconnection and management of company processes.

Funding
The project is co-financed by the European Union under the OP TAK programme ( de minimis scheme).

The subsidy is paid retrospectively (ex post) on the basis of proven eligible expenditure according to the rules of the OP TAK programme.
Expected outputs and indicators
- Indicator: Number of information systems acquired - 1
- Digital intensity: achievement of very high digital intensity (use of ≥ 7 out of 12 defined criteria) by the project completion date.
