1. DECOLED s.r.o. Consumer Competition Rules

1.1 The organizer of the Competition is DECOLED s.r.o., company ID 25683853, with registered office at Fráni Šrámka 18, Prague 5, 150 00, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 60918 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").

1.2 The organiser of the Competition (the person providing technical and administrative operation) may be a third party to be specified in the detailed description of the specific Competition ("Organiser").

2. Basic definition of the Competition

2.1 The Consumer Competition ("Competition") is a marketing event aimed at promoting the Promoter's products and services. The Contest is not a gambling game pursuant to Act No. 186/2016 Coll., on Gambling, as amended, as participation in the Contest is not conditional on any bet or payment beyond the normal price of the goods or services.

2.3 The specific mechanics of the Competition will always be set out in the Competition launch announcement.

3. Duration of the Contest

3.1 The Competition shall run for the period specified in the Competition announcement document. The Promoter reserves the right to extend or shorten the duration of the Competition as appropriate and shall give notice in the same manner as the Competition was announced.

4. Participation in the Competition

4.1 Any natural person over 18 years of age with a place of delivery in the Czech Republic who meets the conditions of participation specified for a particular Competition may participate in the Competition ("Competitor").

4.2 Excluded from participation are:

4.2.1. employees of the Promoter and the Organiser and their family members,

4.2.2. persons acting on behalf of legal entities,

Contestants who violate these rules or abuse the Contest mechanism are excluded from participation in the Contest without further delay.

5. Contest Mechanism

5.1 The method of participation, evaluation and determination of winners is always described in the announcement of the specific Contest. This may include:

5.1.1. drawing from all valid entries using a random number generator,

5.1.2. professional evaluation of creative entries by a committee appointed by the Promoter,

5.1.3. automatic evaluation based on the speed or correctness of the answer.

5.2 The process of determining the winner must be transparent and auditable.

6. Prizes and their delivery

6.1 Prizes may be monetary or non-monetary (e.g. electronics, vouchers, gift cards). Their type, number and value are set out in the Competition description.

6.2 The Winner will be contacted using the details provided when entering (email, phone, social media account, etc.). If the Winner does not get in touch within 14 days from the date of contact (regardless of when the Winner actually became aware of the prize information), the prize will be forfeited to the Promoter.

6.3 Prizes are subject to taxation under the Income Tax Act; the tax obligations of the Winner are determined by law.

7. Disqualification and cancellation of the Competition

7.1 The Promoter is entitled to disqualify any Contestant who breaches these Rules, provides false information or manipulates the Contest system. The Promoter may also modify, suspend or terminate the Competition at any time, in particular due to technical or operational difficulties.

8. Privacy Policy

8.1 By participating in the Contest, the Contestant gives the Promoter consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of administering and evaluating the Contest. The Promoter processes the data (name, contact details, or Competition Entry) for the duration of the Competition and subsequently for the period necessary to prove its proper conduct (maximum 6 months).

9. Claims and complaints

9.1 Enquiries and complaints regarding the Competition can be sent to the following email address: info@decoled.cz. The Promoter will consider them without undue delay, within 30 days of receipt at the latest.

10. Final provisions

10.1 Participation in the Competition is voluntary. The Participant has no legal right to win. The Promoter is not responsible for technical problems in data transmission or communication. The current version of these rules is always published on the website www.decoled.cz.
